Just found out about this. Its only a village hall event on Sun 16th March at Barby village just outside Rugby. Tables are £10 big and £6 small so you can tell your not going to make a million! No more room for jewellery but if anyone else is interested pm me for the lady's number. Selina

Well I just did this fair today and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! There were two rooms, one for crafts and one for the art exhibition and it was all very well organised. Lots of hot food available all day and a steady stream of customers. 21 tables of crafts and pretty much everything was 'real' handmade crafts. Three jewellery tables and we were well apart from each other. I took 10 times my table fee and an order which just goes to show that some village hall events can actually be very good! Selina

Well done and nice to know it was well organised. If the weather there was anything like here today I am surprised anyone left their houses! Glad you did so well.

I was surprised how many people there were Cynthia, I would never have left the house this morning if I didn't have to, it was horrendous out there! Selina

Gosh Claire I bet you're gutted, all that hard work. I honestly thought I would probably only cover my table and a bit more at this one so was really chuffed. It was a real local event with the Preschool having a cake table etc and I think most of the village came. I saw the other 2 jewellers making sales too, its quite a posh village (I don't live there!), maybe more disposable income! Selina

Poor Claire - don't be disheartened though, at least you were out there getting yourself noticed and you never know what that might result it. Better luck next time.
