Some time ago I asked for comments on my web site. It has been completely revamped and I hope that it's a lot better than before.
Please pop over and have a look and suggest ways that it could be better for you. If any changes have to be made they have to be made now.

Hi Yvonne, I just paid a quick visit - like I've just said on another thread, I'm no website expert (dont have one yet myself!) - so dont hold too much stock to what I say! :)
I do like the way its laid out - you can quickly see what you want and get to it quickly
For me, I'm not so keen on it being quite so pink though, I'd love to see another contrasting colour to set the pink off a bit? Dunno what colour though so I'm not a lot of help am I?! :D
hth though

no expert on web sites either;),
Not a fan of pink either ,but looks fine to me.Pink writing can be hard to read, but no problems here.
suggestion
Perhaps ,in the product categories, sale items could be placed elsewhere rather than where it fits alphabetically, seems a bit lost, at the moment!
Delivery.
This is a big personal beef, but you make no mention at all of overseas delivery. Not being in the Uk, this is one of he first things I look at, as I don't really want to look through a site, select stuff then find I can't order,OR postage is astronomical! If postage is too high,or worse, there is no mention of overseas delivery, then I just look at the next site, and I doubt I'm the only potentialcustomer who switches off that quick!
So may be worthputting somethingin, either way!
Also if I'm reading it correctly, ordeing just under £40,well it works out cheaper to put in 2 orders just under £20,or a lot cheaper to just go over £40. Is that right oramImisunderstanding something?
Hope that's helpul!

Just had a quick look at your site and I think it looks great. I'm not a huge fan of pink either but I think it works and fits in with the fairy image.
Good luck with it.
Cheers.

Nice and easy to navigate. Just on a very personel note if your going to do more tartan ribbon can you give it the correct name .I dont like being crictical sorry but I dont want you to miss out on sales.
I use google all the time to search for ribbon and your's wont come up on my search.
It's called Royal Stewart.;)
Best of luck with it

Thanks everyone for the comments so far. Keep them coming please.
I'll try and answer some of the questions.
The site from my computer is half grey and half pink. Apparently on an Apple Mac it's mostly pink. I'll get the site designer to have a look and see if she can make changes there. It's a bit too pink for me too if I'm honest.
I'll also have to make changes on the delivery page as I do deliver overseas and the policy does not reflect that. The problem is the site is only set up to charge UK delivery prices so far.
I'll change the tartan name. I only have a small stock now though.
I know what you mean about Sale items. I'll see what can be done.
Thanks and keep them coming.
Regards
Yvonne

I've had a look and the pink is fine for me!!
Just a few things:
You have a lot of items out of stock in the die cuts range
Got very confused with the competition bit as you were asking for entries for April but all the text said October - this needs to be clearer (and if it was, I'd enter hehehehe!!)
And, just being me, can you offer an alternative sizing to yards - how much does this equate to a metre?!! Or show both sizes?!
I quite like the site - its easy to navigate but the out of stocks put me off a bit!

Thank you again for the points.
I do everything myself so I didn't realise that so much had gone out of stock. i've spent a merry hour putting things right.
The competition is a bit of a problem as it isn't working properly and the site designer is doing her best to put it right. I think that I'll run one through the blog. It's easier to control there as I can do it myself.
Keep them coming as I find the comments useful.
