Hi, I'm new & just though I'd introduce myself. having said that, i never know what to say about myself, so i guess I'll just mention the crafty stuff i'm into & leave you to get to know the rest over time :)
I'm make varoius bits & bobs, often depending on whose birthday is coming up in my family (recent presents made include: pearl earrings, mug painting - both entirely crafts new to me at the time)
I also do a bit of props making for the theatre, which can mean making anything out of anything! Most bizarre props make to date: bridal wear for frozen chickens & a mouldy severed head that had to bounce like a basket ball
The rest of the time, I mostly sew and embroider. I love making sock creatures (like sock monkeys, but more imaginative) and am constantly trying to find adoptive homes for the zoo to stop it taking over my bed. I also do alot of cross stitch - the general small stuff to go on cards as well as bigger designs that I mostly make into cushions.
