Hi all, after reading all your posts quietly, I am delighted to say that on so many of your advice, I have opened an Etsy shop! LittleGems is open! You're all so much more experienced than me so would just love to have any feedback you can offer! mod edit - sorry, no urls until 25 posts.

Hi lovely people,

I know Ive only had my shop up a couple of weeks but I've already updated my banner and photography :p. What do you think?

Ive taken part in a couple of showcases too. But I've not made any sales yet :confused:

Anyone got any advice? Am I doing something wrong, or do I just need to be patient?

By the way cloudhopping I love your shop! It's very easy to get a bit carried away isn't it!!! And congratulations on your two sales, do you have any advice?? for a zero sales girl?!!!

You just need to be patient - it's a tough market out there but at least with Etsy people are coming there to shop specifically for handmade products. Get active in the forums and get your name out there - it'll take a while though!
