Candle question!

This is a "crossover of crafts" type question cos I havent used candles in my projects before :)

Ive bought some very cute little champagne bottle candles from my baking dept in the supermarket and want to glue them into my celebration photo picture designs

Do you think they'd stand the test of time behind glass in a picture frame? I suddenly had this awful thought of them melting if someone displayed it in direct sunlight or something! Is that me being a numpty?

Nope your right to worry because if they are placed in direct sunlight they will either melt or fade very very quickly. It gets hot when they are placed behind glass and in direct sunlight you could end up with a very soggy mess (and can you guess how I know that!!).

Doh! Oh what a shame cos I fell for them, theyre so cute & dinky!

Maybe I can use em on some cards or gift boxes instead then, where theyre not in so much danger!
