Help please - mounting/mountboard

Hi,
I'm looking to do something similar to this:

To do this i need mount board but don't seem to be able to find any that's not white.

I need it to be cheap as i have loads of Leeds autographs that need "mounting"

Don't know if they'd have what you need, but try
