Just a few quick questions/ideas...

t&c's/returns - Do you put something in your Etsy profile? I was doing some website work today and realised that none of that info was available on Etsy. So I've updated mine and included the boring bits!
~ Just an idea as you never know when your going to get a problem customer.

Also is there any way we could help to promote each other on Etsy?

I have most of you saved as favourites, but I was just wondering whether we could do anything else?
I keep wanting to do a crafts forum treasury, but it's never low enough to start one!

Are you selling to the states or Canada because if so it is wise to include a bit about duty charges. These aren't alway incurred but if they are then it is the buyers responsibility to pay, its best to include this in T&C's because you're then coverd if it does happen.

You are welcome to have a look at mine:

I must admit I don't yet have terms and conditions on my etsy shop - must sort some out!!
As for promoting on Etsy you can have a look in the promotions thread in the forums on there - people write and say they want something and if you know someone who does something then add that - and of course if your item is suitable then add to it too ;) The only thing is that the promotions forum tends to run quickly so as soon as you post it tends to move off the page - might be worth a try though. As for other ways of promoting I'm not sure - you could always start a thread about it in the Etsy forums - it'll certainly get people looking at your work there too!

Thanks Swirly, I've not even looked at the forum side yet! Will have a look tomorrow.

Hope you had a good holiday :)
