Paints

Hi

I was wondering if anyone is able to help me.

I am wanting to personalise my pets bowls with their names. The only problem is their bowls are made of stainless steel and I cant seem to find a paint that will stay on any suggestions?

I got the idea from browsing on the web and have seen a few pics of people who have done it and I am not having any luck.

Any help would be greatful

Sorry, not a clue about paints but I do know the Sakura glaze pens claim to stick to almost anything - Ive used them to decorate a couple of glass pieces but never stainless steel so how useless this post will be to you, I dunno!?

...you took the words right out of my mouth (there's a song there somewhere). I've used glass paints to paint metal before, they're great for none porous surfaces...you can even cook 'em to harden them and make them waterproof.
