A very good day!

I just gotta share this with y'all cos I've had such a good day!

I had an 11am appt this morning with a lady who has her daughters christening coming up & had been told about my 3d pictures using photos - so I duly went along with all my samples and she's picked the biggest framed piece I do - £120

Then my lovely fella (who drives coaches) asked me to go in & see his bosses about the possibility of doing a design using photos of their vehicle fleet - so, on spec, I duly took my samples there too -and theyve only said they want 3 - 1 for each of their directors - at £120 apiece!

...so whilst I aint gonna get too excited till their photos are in & monies received, they have all said they want them & its certainly encouraged me that I'm going in the right direction!

Ooh Asda are in my bad books at the mo Swirly! The guy I wrote to went on holiday but promised he'd leave it with someone to sort out. Good girl me got her name off him before he went, chased her next day, she said she'd ask permission. Then she rang me back & said the store would be too busy with Pancake Day... so I reminded her I didnt expect to stand instore with the customers...just in their piggin canteen with the staff!...she apologised that she got it wrong & went away again, I chased her colleague, still waiting...

But I have a cunning plan - gonna write to boss dude & say how disappointed I am that a local small business has to write 2 letters & make 3 phone calls and threaten to cut my Asda credit card up & shop at Tesco unless they grovel and let me go in!!!!!!

.....or I'll set their new boss WYATT onto em....watch out Asda!
