It's not finished yet - but this is how far I'd got on Monday evening

I have some more parts of it ready to get put in place - but that'll probably happen tonight at the earliest - I spent last night waiting for my grass to dry - which isn't on this picture!

It'll all be quilled except for the sea and grass - ones tissue paper and the other is finely chopped quilling paper.

Amazing. I've only watched demos of quilling on C&C so at least I can begin to imagine how much work you're putting into that piece Indri, is it a commission or will you not bear to be parted from it when its done?

I've figured out I've been working on it for about a year now - keep putting it to one side for a break!!! It's about A3 in size and no it's not a commission - this is for me to put on my lounge wall. I love maps! Used to sit studying the atlas when I was little!
