Help with Message inbox

I dont know if I am in the right place to post this thread but I need some help with my inbox.

Can I move messages from my inbox / outbox to save them elsewhere? If so how do I do it? It's not that I'm popular (far from it) but it is filling up fast.

Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase Help.

If you go into your control panel look down the left side and click on Edit folders you can then add a new folder then transfer the messages to that folder, if that's what you mean.

What about sent messages? It doesnt give me the option to move them. Also, is the 50 messages in total throughout all my folders or just the inbox. Confusing innit?

You cannot save them but you do have the option to download them as either XML CSV or Text, this goes for all your messages.
I am not positive but i think you can store up to 50 messages in total across all folders... I am sure there is somebody on the forum that know more about this.

You can create personal folders so that the messages are saved on your computer hard drive but still access them through you email application. You can just drag and drop them into it.

What email application do you download your email to? Is it outlook? If you search personal folders within you email application help, it should tell you how to do it!
