wire fitting in beads

the beads I've ordered havev 0.5mm holes (or maybe smaller?) and my wire is 0.5mm. stupid question but will the beads fit on the wire easily enough??

Holes in beads can be irregular by a fraction of a millimeter so you might find it fits in some and not other, but you'll only find out if you try!

It sounds like quite a small hole though!

If it is a little small poke an Awl down the bead.
Thats what i usually do.

Some of the glass beads i get are sometimes still bunged up with glass, and poking the sharp deathly implement down it opens it up.
