I have been reading the threads on liscences and am still unsure where do get a liscence and how do i go about it.

you don't need a license as such unless you are going to sell them at a market, but you do need your soaps safety tested and certified, and you must comply with the EU regulations, regarding labeling, and Ingredients.

There is a list of safety assessors somewhere on this forum if you look back along the threads.
