Hi there,

A lot of recipes call for distilled water. Is this important? If so where can I buy it or is there a good substitute for it?

Thanks

Mum always kept the melted water from defrosting the fridge for my Dad as he would top up the car battries in the winter (they use distilled water) before battries were sealed units so i would try the autoparts stores first
