Hi
I was wondering if anyone knew how I would be able to partially drill a gemstone to be able to put a peg into it to make it into a pendant.
Where would I be able to get a drill part to be able to do this too?

Hi,
I have done it, you need diamond coated burs fast engine and lots of lubricant. Translucent ( transperent ) gem stones are not recommended to drill, cuz you want be able to polish the drill hole and it will look matt. But if you can hide it of course go on. Do not push and use high speed on the engine and never allow the but to heat , you can dip it in water. Be carefull not to chip the stone it is very easy to do so .
