Aaaah, thats probably the size of a seahorse.
Tho my pal has refered to it as a small banana, which is a bit odd.

How very exciting! My eldest stepson and his wife are expecting my first grandchild in August and I am really chuffed. That will make my eleven year old an uncle! Hope all goes well, you'll have to post piccies.

Baby is about 2 weeks away.
My bro and sis in law visited yesterday.I was looking at her belly and the whole thing seemed to move to one side!!!Pregnancy is fascinating!

it's an amazing feeling to have your baby moving inside you. We used to stand a cup of water on my belly and watch the baby kicking it.
awwww now you've gone and made me all broody again!! bloody hormones!

Hehehehe! Me too!
I was once doing some interviews in Carlisle when I was quite heavily pregnant with Samuel (worked to 38 weeks) and the interviews suddenly stopped when he decided to do an almighty kick and I thought (and the interview panel and interviewee) he was going to come right out of my belly!!
No word of a lie - you could virtually see his toes, ankle and leg he booted me that hard!!
Little devil!!:D:D

Congratulations Seahorse, I know how delighted you feel because today my older sister's pregnancy was confirmed. She's 19 weeks and didn't even know!
Make sure your post some photos once the little person has joined the outside world ;)

Seahorse, we'd love to see piccies when you become Auntie Seahorse.
Although I pretty much hated being pregnant, I used to love feeling them move about, esp. right at the begining when it felt like butterflies inside and at the end when you could see heels moving about, you'd quietly be at work all sensible and professional and a little football match is going on inside.

OOOhhhhhh!!! Very exciting!
I was quick both times - 4 hours 27 mins from first contraction to very end with Samuel and 2 hours 50 mins with Jacob. So I didn't hang around the second time just in case!!
And the lifts were out of order when I was having Jacob so I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs....... was not impressed!!
Let us know when you're an Auntie!!!:mf::mf::mf:
