Hi Seahorse,

Bluestreak beads have black plated crimp beads if that is any help?
I'm not sure if there is a difference between crimp covers and crimp beads as dont really use threads etc, but hope it helps.
PM me if you need the link

I have some black crimp covers, I also once upon a time used to have black tigertail

So they exist, bought mine overseas though so I am not sure where to get them from in the UK

Don't give up, you'll find 'em

i saw the platnum ones on a few sites. But is platnum not more of a dark silver? I wonder what the dark plum would look like. mmmmmm

Yep - I've also heard it called gunmetal.

I reckon the dark plum could be a bit like peacock pearls but I'm only guessing.
