I'm so bored is anyone free for a chat I've been on my own all day and the dark nights are so depressing that and the realisation that the lights will be getting switched on soon for christmas and I'm not even started getting organised yet. I've started my christmas cards of course I have but I havent done anything about all the rest yet.I fancy doing some decorations this year and I have bought medallion stamps but need some tips as to how to use them.:nopity:Sorry I was just messing about with the smilies

LOL re Smilie Pauline. I find the evenings depressing now that it is dark early, I always just want to go to bed at about 8pm if I'm not crafting, we should all do what animals do in the winter and just hibernate!!!:D

Id like to praise paperchains.
Not enough is said about how great they are.A simple decoration which you can make, adults and kids alike.I belive you can get packets of the strips of paper with added sticky.You could make some in th eevenings.

I remember them didnt we make them at school yes I could make my own with some nice scraps of christmas papers I have that would keep me amused for a while thank you what a nice way to use up all my scraps too.

Hi I remember years ago when we all had coal fires I didn't mind it so much sitting in front of the coal fire all cosy with a fleece and a hot mug of coffee or choc but it's not the same now with radiators and the like.It makes it such a long night my crafting is the only thing that keeps me going.

T'internet is grand for inspiration! I love Flickr and Etsy for browsing through ideas and just looking at lovely things. I also read A LOT of blogs!

I'm bored and tired and tired of being bored :playball:. I agree these dark nights make you feel tired. I managed to settle kids down by 9:30 and the plan was to make some cards but i just having got the energy or the mojo.
No thanks on the cuppa, i'm having a glass or two of lambrini :D
