Hi - new jewellery person here :-)

Hi everyone,

i've just joined the forum today. I'm Claire, and I started making my own jewellery in my teens, but have only revived the interest in crafting this year after finishing an OU degree.

I've also rediscovered the joys of Fimo and other polymer clays, so am experimenting with making some of my own beads to use too. I'm hoping to get all set up with a 'proper' crafting business in the next couple of months, and hopefully sell some jewellery - if not to make a profit, at least to cover the enourmous amount I seem to spend on beads!! :)

Hi all,

Thanks for the (welcome) messages. It seems like a pretty friendly place here, so I'll stick around! Some forums I've looked at seem to be a bit petty, and I don't do arguing very well!
