Hi my name's Amiee and I am so glad I was pointed in the direction of this site. :)

I started out studying fashion and then millinery and became an assistant designer for a headwear company. The millinery has faded into the background after becoming a full time slave to my daughter and I now sell my jewellery online. I love to experiment with mixed media and always have some project on the go more than likely never to be finished.

I am soon to do my first craft fair and I am flapping lol hopefully I will be able to meet people and learn a few things here.

Oh dear im rambling lol I had better get on and read up :)

hey, thank you for the welcome :)

I use anything I can lay my hands on, my main way of earning pennies is by making beaded cluster rings and kitsch jewellery. I also enjoy working with fabrics and felting.

I like to use materials that dont necessarily relate to the craft. Such as using perspex to make a head piece. I am currently looking into using resin to make headwear. I wish I could work more on experimenting, if only there were enough hours in the day lol

Hi rach, good luck with the fair after reading around this forum i've already picked up some handy hints and tip *wipes brow*

My website at the mo is a disgrace, I really need to focus on it more. I mainly sell on ebay, I cant post a link yet but my shop name is Fraggies Fripperies. I tend to sell my more commercial items but I am hoping to have a range of headwear ready soon - I shall keep you all posted on my progress. :)
