I went on to the etsy forum for the first time earlier and posted under the uk sellers bit saying hello i make this blah de blah and someone posted back saying and I quote:

Were you waiting for us to start discussing cakes before you joined in???

They can be a bit cliquey over there - I'm a member of the uk team but don't really post on the thread that they have going - I've got too much other stuff going on! Post in the other sections over there and people will start to get to know your name and start looking at your work.
