Does anyone sell their stuff on there and you have you actually sold anything? Just curious to see what people thought of it.

Not sure about the fact that they ask for your bank details to be honest......but if anybody knows different, would be interesting to see.

I haven't sold anything of there yet, but it was free to list, I've never been asked for bank details and you get quite a few people looking. I treat it as a bit of fun really, I like the pinboard idea, and I think they have some nice items on there.

I'm on there too although I haven't sold anything yet!! The best piece of advice given to me is to translate your listing into French and German too - you can do it on the page where you list. I did it with one of my listings and the listing I did it on get so many more views etc. So I did it with my other listings too. The german site is the most established as that's where it all started hence the translation. I use http://www.babelfish.altavista.com/ it's not foolproof but it gives the general idea! I also put swirlyarts in my tags too - helps people look for me. I've only got a few things on there at the moment but when I start making more stuff I am going to make 3 of each (if possible) so I have one for Etsy, Tuggle and Dawanda.

I think its probably because I am only really selling one product, although each is obviously different. Going to be making up some jewelry soon, then I will take over the world you'll see! :D

I'm a bit concerned about Tuggle, I have sold two paintings on there which I was pleased about but this was some time ago, before the redesign and since then its completely quiet. I don't know why this is the case and if my work didn't sell then I would not worry, but it sells well on ebay. I have never sold a childrens painting on Tuggle, yet on ebay they go really well. Its a mystery to me.

Same here, if I dont sell anything I at least get enquiries, but nothing from Tuggle, a bit dissapointing really

Now that a little time has passed since this thread was first posted, I was just wondering how people have found their sales on Dawanda?

My etsy shop has picked up so I thought I might give Dawanda a go too, but am interested to hear whether people have had any sales.

Sorry - this is probably me being dense and missing something but what are you looking at and what are you thinking???

I haven't sold a thing. but then I haven't sold anything on Etsy neither. Or Youcraftylot. Doing well I am. But then I don't list very often which is a big no no. I guess you reap what you sow (if that's the right saying!)
