New to beading

Since seeing some of the gorgeous work of beaders I have now decided to join the masses. I have never done this before and have absolutely no equipment at all. Please could somebody tell me exactly what I will need.

I don't bead but I'd try having a look for tutorials on the internet - I'm sure there are some out there or try your local library for some books.
