It's typical.... I take something to the farmers market for three month running.... it doesn't sell.





leave it at home and three people come to the stall and say "where is that green piece?"!

That's so annoying!!!! It works the other way round too, I had some foot soaks that sold like hot cakes, so I made loads for my next fair & sold hardly any!

I not only got their details..... I got their money too!!

Now to find enough of the beads to make two more!



Yes I've also been there with great selling items. Ordered more and then they are stuck in the shop for ever more!

Hey - maybe you've just stumbled on a new selling strategy for your regular markets ... i.e. you take a focal piece for along for couple of weeks and make sure it is on center display, then hide it the next week and see if that creates the 'where's it gone' syndrome... you know people always want what they (think) they cant have but - hey presto - luckily for them you have 'one left' under the counter ;)

Hmmm...now there's a thought - I'd probably get more time off than I do selling beads :mf:
