For a one year old???? Am I stupid to be thinking of making a small baby blanket for her? It's in two weeks by the way!! Or should I just check the colour of her room and make her a doorstop?? A chicken one or maybe a house one that I found the pattern for a few weeks ago. I can't do her clothes because I did that when she was born. Any advice and links to suitable gifts that you have made would be acceptable!!

I would go for one of your chickens on the house.
Cheers.

I would go for one of your doorstops, they're great and they could be with her as she grows up.
How about some personalised bunting (hint, hint!) - or if you want to really cheat, I already make cottage doorstops - I could send you one that you'd need to fill yourself ....

How about a blanket/chicken combination?
Just a throw back from a baby shower I went to a few weeks back when a pal bought a duck bath towel, sooo cute.

Hmmm - I've already got the first part - my friend came round and showed me some cute hot water bottle holders she made so I've bought one! I might have a go at a house doorstop - failing that she'll get a chicken one!!
