I live in Tamworth (Staffordshire), which is North of Birmingham and Coventry.

Would be interesting to see who lives the closes to me, but don't worry, I'm not going to stalk you!!! (or am I :mf::mf:)....

Oooo Indri, so far your the closest to me!

I used to live in Glasgow when I was about 6! My dad was in the Army and we were inbetween married quarters, so went to stay with my grandad and nana for a few months. It was in Goven Hill in the teniments!!! Obviously they have all been knocked down years ago but oh boy!!

Yep the tenements in Govanhill have been knocked down but there are still loads and loads of the old tenements still around though. The flats in the Gorbals got totalled too and it is a totally different area over there now. Glasgow is going through so many changes just now you are scared to stand still for long in case the build on you.

I went to Tamworth for the day once... visited the castle looking quite scruffy in jeans and the wedding photographer lurking outside asked if we were with the wedding.... er, no, but then we saw the state of the wedding guests and we were dressed just as well as them!

Think everyone has lived on Danelagh Close at some stage or another. 2 people I work with used to live here too!!! We bought the house about 10 1/2 years ago but it was let as my husband was in the army and we got posted abroad. Now we've seperated and I've moved back!

My ex was in the Army as well, and we sold the house when we split up - think it was in April 2001, but will have to double check that one.

Like living here though, its an "easy" place to live as everything is very convenient. My Dad only 5 mins away on Coton Lane too which I like!
