Hi all

Can anyone help me. I want to produce a range of clocks for use on the wall. I want a backing sheet of about 12"x24" and about 1/4" thick (approx).

I want the finsh to be textured perhaps in a hessian type finish but other finsihes may do. On top of the backing will be adhered 2 tiles or similar one with a clock and the other a picture. The backing will show around these 2 items which, hopefully, will complement the picture and clock.

Anyone ideas, or can point me in the right direction.

Thanks for reading

Regards

Phil

Hi Phil,

Not too sure I'm afraid. You could try B&Q.

Its probably stating the obvious but how about buying MDF/plywood in the correct size & thickness and then wrapping some hessian over it and stapling it to the back... if you think the back then looks too untidy you could then glue over a square of card or nice thick brown paper (to keep the rustic look)...?

Not sure if that helps at all !!
