Pet shampoos/soaps

Hi :),

This is probably a stupid question, but when selling products aimed at animals do you still need to get safety certificates etc as you would normal soaps or not? :confused:

Sorry Leanne I haven't got a clue. I would imagine that there would need to be tests of some sort but maybe not as stringent as for humans.

Hi,

As far as I understand the safety testing for pet soaps and is much stricter than for human products. Animals have very sensitive skin and skin types can vary a lot between breeds.
