It looks like water, but it isn't. You find it in clear vases with artificial flowers in them.

What's it called?

How is it sold? Do you have to mix it with anything? Can you add pretty pebbles/stones into it? How quickly does it dry? The link you have given me is a US link (I'm from UK) I've found "simulated water" on Ebay. I have a small vase, how much would 250g fill it?
