Question of the year on your tax return

Just done my online tax return and one of the questions was:
(these are my words, I'm paraphrasing, adjusting legalese to suit my tiny mind)
Did you made any dodgy tax returns last year?

Let's just put ourselves into a naughty tax dodger's mind for a moment. If you were a naughty person who had tax dodged, manipulated the facts, loophole jumped or whatever - would you answer yes?

Anyway that gave me a few moments of amusment for today.

Perhaps we could ask them if they did anything dodgy with out tax last year! Assuming of course they would be honest. x
