Well Happy New Year everyone! Here is my first tutorial of the year, it is a storage roll for knitting needles, crochet hooks, brushes and pencils, this year we are going to be organised! http://rosmademe.blogspot.com/2012/01/roll-on-2012-first-tutorial-of-2012.html

Looks great :-)
I made a couple of small ones last year for coloured pencils - more than amazing myself! Not half as neat as yours though ...

Impressive start to the New Year blog plan Ros - the needle holder is a practical project and will prevent bent needles.
It looks pretty too!
Happy New Year - we're looking forward to reading your blog in 2012!

Thanks Ros.
I might try that out next weekend or so. I need to do something to get used to the sewing machine and I need a 'thingy' roll to hold a lot of little things (felting needle pen and the spares etc).
It looks like it is straight line sewing and I could even try some free embroidery on it!
I am excited, I'll spend the week grabbing material form the stash and pondering. Thank you again!
