Im sure it says on the site somewhere but I can t work out this paypal charge thingy.
Do we get charged when we send money AND when we request it?
What percentage is it?I thought it was about 3% bit not sure.
Does the percentage differ depending on what account you have?
Does anybody know which account I opened coz I sure as heck cant remember.
eg I was sent £2 and was charged 27p so I recieved £1.73.
Does that make any sense to anyone?

correct!
You pay money to receive money. if you send money then the receiver gets the charge.

You get charged for all money you receive (except refunds).
The charge seems to be 3.4% of the amount received plus 20p for UK funds, and 3.9% plus 20p for international funds.
I think that if you have a business account, then the % of the fee goes down for transactions over £1,500.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but they also charge you 25p if you transfer any money £49.99 or under into a bank account.
