Thanks everyone. I don't exhibit no. At the moment I just about have enough time to fulfil the orders that I'm getting and I know I need to do some more designs in time for Christmas. I am putting them on show locally at the library but exhibiting is perhaps for the future. I have two very young children so I don't get alot of time, I have big plans for when both children are at school.:)

Heheh! I'm the same - big plans for when they are older or when I retire!!:mf:
Mind you, the library is a good exhibition as you'll capture people who would not ordinarily go to a gallery!

Not long to go, it exciting but sad at the same time. I got one going into year 1, he went full time at easter and the other one will start playgroup for 3 mornings. She's was three only three weeks ago but this time next year she'll be going to school:confused:

Mine will be 4 years and 11 months when he starts school, so I think I've done my time ......!
Mind you, I shan't mention the grief he's giving me at the moment with this ruddy toilet problem that's still going on.

Oh - you too!! My boys are 6 Sept 05 and 13 Sept 03 - how bad was that planning eh?!! And 'toilet problem' - if its what I think, I know exactly what you mean!! Pm me if you have any tips!!;)
I can't wait till mine go to school having said that, I work full time and long hours so not much benefit but at least when I take a week off work I'll get the full week and not just 3 days hhehehe!!
Good luck with the library colourart - I really admire your stuff - I need to do some paintings for our hall - been doing them for nearly 5 years hehehe!!
Pm me if you have any tips!!

Hi, I purchased a large oil painting at a Flee Market in Syracuse. It’s a red and yellow moth with a grey shadow figure of a man in a hood behind it. The artist’s that signed the painting looks like Barreett or Barriett? I was told he's a local and the painting was inspired by the Mothman Prophecies. The painting looks old. Any ideas who or what this painting could be about?

Try an art forum, this is a craft forum. As you are obviously well travelled - your IP address is Calcutta, and Syracuse is either Sicily or New York - I am sure you will soon have your answer...........................:horse:

but I do paintings for children.
If anyone has any advice on where I could sell my work - in particular craft fairs etc. I am based in South London. I'd be really grateful for any advice or suggestions.
Many thanks
