As if I hadn't already pulled out my hair enough, suddenly every price on my mr site site has changed the £ sign to a ? . I have had a look at the html (which I don't speak) and that shows a £ sign. Does anyone know what might have gone wrong. There are several thousand expletives ready to spew forth from my lips so if anyone can help I wil be Very Very very very very hrateful.

Its all fine for me!! The £'s are showing as £'s!!
Mine is also a Mr Site and I think he does things out of spite!! Seahorse told me earlier in the week that half my pics would not go bigger on a click - either would not load or displayed as page not found, but then it all worked!!

Once ours completely disapeared ( as every page was empty) can tell you i had a few kittens LOL. It all reappeared a few hours later.

I've got Mr site problems of my own.... we are in the middle of a domestic from earlier today.
Just when i get a layout which i think will work well it has a stress and does it's own thing so i have to give up and go back to it.

I also use Mr Site and have had horrendous spam problems with them this week - somebody has been spamming from my email address and I got over 500 returned / undeliverable messages within the space of half an hour on Friday morning !!! Fingers crossed it's solved now, but I don't know what is going on with Mr Site at the moment :mad:

I get that periodically with the beadshop. To be honest the only real solution I've found to not getting all the bounced emails is to set up your account so that only a restricted number of email addresses attached to the website actually come through to you.

I'm a Mr Siter too, to be honest I've been pretty lucky with it, the only thing that annoys me is every so often, i get spam in my guest book! which is really annoying, and the fact that the forum is no longer available and its generally pretty helpful too

Apparently I am not the only one. someone on Uk beaders pointed me in the direction of a mr site support site and they have someone else on there with the same problem. They recon it's to do with encoding.... well I'm non the wiser.... but if i'm not the only one it does make me feel a little better!

I get the ? sign too but had a quick look at the HTML and like you say it is definitely a £ sign - it must be something to do with Mr Site's side of things. Have you got in touch with them?

Rignt, I got an email back from mrsite telling me it's all my fault!

Apparently i cocked up the codes or something like that. I read the instructions they gave me and have checked one page and voila, the whole site seems to be back to £.

Please will you have another look for me and see what you can see now.
