Nope, I wanted to cause the bit I watched looked really good but the worse half said it was toooooo freaky for him (yeah and that's a laugh he is the biggest freak I know!!!). Will hopefully try and get a rerun when him in doors isn't watching.

Cheers.

Oh yes! I thought I had sussed the ending, but I didn't see it coming! Great TV! Now, if we could have Jekyll, Torchwood, Dr Who, and Farscape repeated indefinitely.....................:)

That's definitely my kind of tv, Peter.

We were wondering how she kept appearing from nowhere?? No we didn't guess....but didn't she look scary with those teeth:eek:

I heard about this on Radio 1 a little while back but i didn't realise it had started let alone finished. Will have to try and catch the repeats some time.

I LOVE the teeth element, it made it really scary, like mixing Dracula and Jekyl n Hyde story!!
Didnt expect that ending at all, it kept me entertained throughout.

I didn't manage to watch each episode so would welcome a repeat
But what I saw was really good :mf:

Have you seen the rumour that James Nesbitt might be lined up to play the next Dr Who?? Can't see it myself though.....

I hope not, no offence but he isnt sexy enough, but I can see why they theink he'd be good, but no...dont want him to be a Doctor who because i dont fancy him like I do the last 2 actors.

Oh no, no, no, no. I like James Nesbitt, don't get me wrong. But no definitely not my idea of sexy. My DH and son are mad on Dr Who and watch it over and over again AND there is no way I am having it on if there's no decent totty. NO WAY......

Right, Ive thought about who I fancy....ahem I mean which fine actor I think would be good to play DH next and my very justified choices are-
Luke Roberts-Joseph in Holby City
Hugh Laurie/Stephen Fry
Danial Day Lewis
Guy Pearce
David Schwimmer
Damian Lewis.

When Matt told me that he might be playing the Dr I promptly said that they had better get someone else in to appear with him as he isn't nice enough to watch running around - not like David Tennant -mmmmmmm

Sorry, late in this one!! I watched Jekyll and loved it and didn't see the ending coming either, brilliant twist.

Don't watch Dr Who I'm afraid and know I will be shot by you all for saying this but just don't see the David Tennant sexy thing!!! But I could close my eyes and listen to James Nesbitt's voice for hours, love the deep thick irish accent!!!:)

Yeah I really enjoyed it. :) I thought it got a little slow in the middle of the series and then it heated up again. I like James Nesbitt so was happy to see him in something new.

Now. Is my husband winding me up when he says David (sexgod) Tennant is leaving after this series ..... :nopity:

..... and the likliest contender as a replacement is James Nesbitt?

edit : Just seen Swirl's post so it looks like he's not winding me up.

I can't see JN as DrW. He's been in too many other things to be credible as the Dr.

I think he could be ok as Doctor Who as he has charm, humour, likeable but is good at drama stuff too. My main worry would be how long he would stick at doing it as I can't see him staying for many seasons.

I agree with Jo on this I dont see David Tennant as sexy at all, dont understand what all the fuss is about.

I Think that JC would make a cool dr who, he was fab in jekyl.

David Tennant is apparently leaving part way through the next series - boo hoo. I loved the last two episodes of that series - David Tennant, John Simm and Jon Barrowman :mf: Oh - and Matt sat next to me of course ;)

The source for this is The Sun.

The same rag that told us that Freema was getting sacked, and that the whole production team (including RTD and DT) was resigning because they were fed up with working so hard.
