Two weeks ago I ordered and paid for a art canvass print.
This morning as It still has not arrived I thought i would ask when I can expect it.
This is the response.

Good Morning Michelle,
Your canvas is being printed today and will be dispatched tomorrow.

grrrrr Good job ive not been holding my breath eh. If people carn't provide a service then why bother?. No apology for a delay. Nothing????
Just makes me so mad.

I totally a gree, silly people!!
They shouldnt have admitted to it being printed today.
Should have just said 'so sorry for wait, it will be despatched XXX'.

I hate that - there is no excuse for bad service and no doubt you wont be making any more purchases from them.

They only have themselves to blame!!

Had planned to place another order for one for my lounge. But will be taking my business elsewhere now.:p

Oooo thats very poor service indeed, I would be very annoyed, sounds like they are only doing it today because you chased them too .... bad customer service is a big bug bear of mine and easily puts me on my high horse!!!:mad: Make sure you keep on their backs!
