Stupid question..

Ok, so I have joined Craftjuice, now for the stupid question, do I have to have a website or blog to submit items or can I submit items straight from my Folksy shop? If I can how do I do that?

I know I think I've looked everywhere on the site for the answers, but just doesn't seem to be very 'user friendly' you either get it or you don't. At this moment in time I don't!!!

I think I have it now, it was the 'wassat for?' aspect that I think I had missed!
