This may look complex but it is actually quite simple to make. If you use larger sequins and/or confetti I think a 5-6 year old could manage it (mine did anyway!)

The mirror is a cheap vanity version I found at the discount shop. The sequins are glued to disposable mini shot cups which were glued to the circumference of the mirror first.
