This is the cake I made for my daughter's recent 6th Birthday party. It is actually many cupcakes forming the peacock's tail, rather than one cake!

Very clever, big problem though, you now have a daughter who will expect somethoing better form her 7th, and 8th and 9th.................. Oh yes, could you make one with lots of chocolate ones for my birthday please? If not could you PM Mo instructions

Flippin' cheek. Peacocks don't have brown feathers unless you want a dowdy by comparrison, peahen instead.

Hey I just saw Ace of Cakes on TV this evening - it's a program about a cake making company in America, the stuff they do is awesome - I wonder if you can get it on TV in Oz? It's definitely worth a look.

I thought from the picture it was a painting its that well done!! I had to go on your blog to see it properly. Amazing.

Well Im not sure as they have managed to get a male and female I dont believe that much in chance. Googled and... websites sell them! Ooh selling for 1500 or something on a website so you may be right! Probably bought in as they aare hard to find.

Costco make cakes with any colour icing over a chocolate cake so it is possible in any colour :) Royal icing would be your best bet haha
