Bought a hoover November last year. Now the blessed thing is over heating all the time.
Been trying to get in touch with the manufacturers for days. Finaly got through today, was told their policy is to exchange it via courier. Great!!!
Only trouble is the business is in the process of moving due to being flooded out with all this lovely weather.
I know im being a selfish moo, but when will i get a new hoover??????
Waiting for a phone call when the new office is up and running. In the mean time think i will have to lock my two messy kids in the work shop.
Why is nothing ever simple?????

No, but seriously, I think you'll be able get a new one as it's within warranty, only it's going to take a while.

I know im sure it will be sorted. I suppose I can cope without a hoover in comparison to what a lot of others have had to put up with. Will just have to patient. Just you don't know what you have till its not there lol
