Just in case you wondered who was watching the zebra...

Here's Jaguar Eyes, again the pattern is by Lynn Cassels-Caldwell, but the labour is all mine ;)

Wow, that is totally amazing. I love it, it would make such a great talking point. Do you sell them or just do them for fun?

Thank you Emma.

While I do enjoy making them, I do try to sell them, and I do commissions too - pm/email me if you are interested.

Once I'd got over my false starts, about two and a half evenings :)

He's off-loom Peter - I don't actually have a bead loom at the moment as I only tend to stitch peyote :)

Well, lets see now, we've just downloaded Heroes off t'internet, and we watched 5 of them, plus some soaps, big brother, and a few other things, so I think somewhere around 8-10 hours.

I generally don't have any problem with tension, but I have fairly flexible hands.

I don't suppose there's a hippo pattern is there? My MIL collects Hippos and it would make a very unusual and stunning present as it's her 60th this year.

They've only got some cutesy ones, but I can have a look around, or maybe try to convert a picture.

What sort of hippo were you thinking of? Bracelet? Amulet? Card case?

Bracelet probably - what's an amulet?

Usually a small purse or pouch, on a band long enough to be worn around the neck, like this

Bracelet in that case - I don't want cutsie - a proper hippo would be great. Can you PM a rough idea of costs?
