Added item.....What now?

I have just added an item on CJ....what do I do now....anything or nothing?

Now you can ask people to vote, or just leave it to axccumualte votes from the people on the site. You can also vote for other creations you like too.

Oh ok....I did click on some up arrows when I was browsing earlier....was I voting?? lol so do I put a link on then to ask for votes? (am sounding really dim aren't I?)

Not as dim as me..... a couple of questions,
do I need flicker before I join CJ?
will another photo management site do?
Has anyone used Picasa (Googles own photo site)?

I just put a link to the item on my website....then uploaded the pic from there too.... (altho it was more luck than judgement lol) x

You can upload a photo from anywhere on the internet, blog, facebook, flickr, online store.
You can post the url on twitter or facebook and ask people to vote for you.

I got really confused with it too loody, once you've uploaded people vote by clicking the up buton and when you reach 5 votes then your item moves into a popular craft gallery and gets tweeted about on twitter. after that I'm not sure what happens. i guess it disappears into the ether.
