Here's another personalised mirror. I have been doing other things too (candle holders, vases, etc) but I still like my mirrors best!

It's yet another birthday present. I reckon that if I'm giving the present then I get to choose the design which gives me great opportunity for coming up with new ones to display on my site! It's nice to have several designs ready for people to choose from or use as a starting point for modifying to their own tastes.
Robyn's Mum was delighted with it though I don't think Robyn herself is especially impressed, but then she's only 2!

What do you use to make the silver swirls/lines?

Its a mirror - I've yet to see a 2 year old that didn't like looking at themselves ;)

I use natural lead (in different widths depending on the design) which has an adhesive backing. All the joints soldered using lead/tin solder. The colours are done using glazing film. The film has lovely swirly effects through it but it's difficult to see on such a small (and not very good!) photo.

Yes, that's true! Though she's probably wondering who put all the pesky flowers there getting in the way of her reflection!

Love both the mirror and the candle holders. I'm sure the candle holders will go down well at Christmas. They're perfect for a cold winters evening, they look so warm and glowing.

Are you going to do the candle holders in other designs too? I agree with Colourart - they will def go down well at the craft fairs!!

Hi there,
This is the only other design I've done so far. I've just had delivery of more of the wooden bases (themselves handmade by a crafter from another craft forum) so I plan to do lots more soon!

They are really lovely, the Christmas ones should go down a treat. Will order a couple a bit nearer the time (and when I actually start making some money and not blowing it all on more stock).
Cheers.
