A recipe for you -
1. stew some chicken, cool, dice.
2. saute some sweet onions and mild green chiles in butter
3. add chicken and some chicken broth, heat through
4. add torn up corn tortillas to thicken the broth
5. stir in shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
6. serve when thick and gooey, with a green salad
Okay, okay...three chicken breasts, one large-ish yellow onion, three little cans of chopped green chiles, about three cups broth, about 15 tortillas (they MUST be corn, not flour), and oh...about 3 cups shredded jack.
