Just came accross this article which I thought i'd share - dresses made from condoms: http://www.environmentalgraffiti.com/fashion/news-condom-couture-turning-condoms-dresses

I'm amazed how good they look!

Ooh if I had the nerve I can think of a dozen totally inappropriate things to say here but being a gentleman I won't. Be interesting though to put a poll on this thread and find out just how many of you ladies would have the nerve to wear these dresses down your local pub or supermarket LOL

Its left me speachless and thats so rare as to be unheard of. If you didn't know you would really admire the gowns.

Very clever and, as you say, surprisingly good! It's just...the texture...the taste...the smell!

It's certainly an excellent way to raise awareness around safe s*x etc, but I definately wouldn't want to wear those dresses!!

Very topical too as just watching the news and hearing about the Pope's latest announcement.:jump:

erm - i'll just say it's clear alot of work has gone into them and from a distance they look very pretty.

Although i'm glad i haven't had my breakfast yet as i felt slightly queezy when the article said they were recycled - thankfully only factory rejects though!! blurggghh!

Th awareness it raises is great, safe sex, reusinetc. And also this stigma about sex and condoms...it shouldn't be embarrassing.

Plus they are really pretty dresses...I'm shocked!
