does anyone take comissions for Chrildren's dress up clothes?

I am struggling to find a Hannah Montana sequinned dress for my daughter! I've got the wig and everything else but cannot get a dress in her size. it doesn't have to be anything too special style wise just a straight up and down sleeveless shift in pink and purple sequins.
