Whats in fashion...

I looked in a weekly magazine ans saw what was in fashion, there was a 2 page spread saying metallics and plastic were in, I like metallics but not keen on plastic.

Also I was happily surprised to see that wood and canvas are in fashion!!
I recently bought some wooden beads and some canvas bags!!

Anybdy else attempting to follw fashions to help with sales?

I just made a wooden necklace!!!Maybe my days of sparkle are over!!!
Have to admit I added a few swarovski beads just to glam it up, but its mostly wooden.
I quite like it!!!Whats wrong with me!!??

Not completed my first wooden necklace as im having a cuffuffle about how to end it, 2 rows of big beads gliding seamlessly into 1 fastening is not looking good, but think I have a solution.

I made another necklace, single strand, round 8mm wooden beads, mahogany colour(lighter than when I think of mahogany)and interspresed tem with deep purple swarovski 8m beads.
I cant work it out if its nice or not,too bland, too contrasting.
Can you imagine it and let me know what you think.
