That sounds scrummy - I would never think of putting those flavours together but I read it and my mouth watered!!!

That sounds very yummy. Not a combination I would have thought of for jam.

Lol I will try to post a link to a couple of websites I have found invaluable this year for lots of jams, chutneys, jellies and so much more.
Haven't got back to this till now as today I have been making apple butter, which in my opinion is a rather silly name for it because it is actually jam! So spiced apple jam, tomorrow will be pear butter, probably similar to the apple but we will see, it uses orange juice and orange zest rather than lemon so a bit different, haven't made it before so bit of a trial! Last lot tomorrow for this year I have made so much I am wondering whether we will get through it all!
Apple Butter
Pear and Lemon Jam
Apple Chutney
Pear Chutney
Plum Jam
Bramble Jelly
Rhubarb Jam
Apple Jelly (bit of a disaster)
and Gooseberry and Redcurrant Jam
Thats me done!
so those links I mentioned
http://www.cottagesmallholder.com/pear-and-lemon-jam-recipe-93
and http://www.allotment.org.uk/recipe/172/spiced-apple-butter-recipe/
hope they will be of use to someone they are fab!
