Recently at the farmers market a lady picked up one of my leaflets. She later phoned me and asked me about classes in jewellery making. I told her that I teach one to one or if she had a friend who wanted to learn as well that It would be buy one get one half price.
It turned oput that she had 7 friends and they wanted a one off jewellery making afternoon . WE booked the date and were having it at hers.
I went yesterday and we had a really great couple of hours making memory wire bracelets, earrings and a necklace.
They asked me there and then to do a christmas decorations class on the same basis next month and so it's sorted. I was really chuffed that they were all up for it and I've now got to get my thinking cap on.
I have a couple of beaded decorations, but am looking for a third idea to teach as well.
anyone got any ideas?

I made some beaded Christmas flowers last year to hang on our christmas tree. It involved threaded glass beads onto wire and twisting the wire. I haven't got a clue what I did with the instructions but I am sure they would be easy to find on the internet. I also bought some plain metal star shapes from an online beading shop which simply involved threading beads on and folding over the ends.....very easy to do but made lovely stars. The Christmas flowers would be better thought as they take longer to make and will challenge your ladies more. Hope this helps xx

I once sar some beautiful beaded frogs. They were no more that 2" high and I have no idea how they were made but they were certainly impressive. I am not suggesting you do them, you just reminded me of them.
