What's everyone got planned for the weekend?

I'm so tired and could do with a weekend off but I have a two day event planned!! I'm hoping that the rain stops and lots of people come rushing out of their houses clutching their purses and have an urge to treat themselves to lovely soaps and goodies! :)

Anyone else out this weekend??

Jules your making me hungry just thinking of all those goodies.

I haven't got any plans again. I am trying to think of something to do for Saturday as my BF will be doing more DIY in his house so it's just me and Mia. No doubt it'll end up being another day wasted sitting around the house.

Hope all of you doing craft fairs do well.

I've got 2 graft shows on Saturday. I am doing an all day one in Stonehouse (wherever that is) and my friend is taking my candles to sell at a primary school fair. I know which one wil do better. I will be frozen in some field all day and make a fiver where my friend will be in a nice warm school for 2 hours and make a bomb (I hope).

Sunday going to Country Baskets as my nephew is getting married and he and his future wife want me to make candle displays for the wedding so going to get some lovely big glasses to do something with.

Then back to work on Monday.

Cheers.

I have a tough and tiring weekend ahead, I am off to the Thermae Spa in Bath tomorrow, for a few hours of relaxation, and then of to a nice country hotel for the night with dinner in a private dining room! Makes me sounds bit posh, that - it's actually for a hen weekend, the most grown up one I have ever been on!

I'm taking my eldest daughter and her friend to the outlet centre at Derby - mainly becuase I am desperate for new sandals - got paint on my only vaguley decent pair and have an interview next week!! Hate buying shoes!!!!

Otherwise will continue to potter round the house trying to get all the last bits and pieces into new homes after the move!

Stow for me tomorrow too. Not looking forward to tomorrow night / the early hours of Suunday morning - my BF is meeting up with the lads in town tomorrow afternoon, to watch the match. He reckons he'll be home by 9 - hahaha!!! Even if he was, that's 6 hours in the pub. Anyone want to take my place?

On Sunday I will spend the morning walking the dog and getting ready for the afternoon craft fair in Moreton, where I will meet even more fellow forumers!!! Hoorah!

I'll be working all weekend. I've had major problems with my kiln not working over the past week :-(, but a friend of mine has kindly let me borrow her spare one. It's much smaller than mine, I can only get a fifth of what I can in my own which means more firings, BUT at least they're getting in there so that's certainly a bonus. I've got an engineer coming over the weekend to try and find out what's wrong with mine.

I've got a 3 day craft fair next weekend for the bank holiday, so I'm busy casting and fettling items ready to fire for that. I've have a young girl who helps out on a Saturday and at big events, so that should make things fly a little better.

All rather boring I'm afraid.

Ohhh ... we do usually go out for tea on a Friday night, no idea where we're going tonight ... will have to think on that one before I pick daughter up because if she decides where we go it will be Pizza Hut AGAIN! lol

Not much planned but Matt is back tonight from working away and would you believe I have no food in so I will have to get takeout :mf: Need to make more business cards as I've only sent out 3 lots and I think there's another 7 or 8 more people to send them to! I'll be busy ironing all weekend then......

I had loads planned for this weekend and all of next week, as I am on leave from the day job, the flatmate is away and there's all sorts of stuff I wanted to do - shopping and a visit to the seaside and shopping and beading ......... and now I have a ruptured calf muscle so I am hobbling around like an old biddy and feeling very sorry for myself. And it bloody hurts. http://www.beadingforum.com.au/forums/images/smilies/alright.gif

Ouch you poor thing :(

I have got the gym tomorrow morning (don;t be impressed, only just started and desperately need it, is a ladies only gym and you do 3 x 1/2 hour sessions each week so pretty easy!!) and then the rest of the day crafting, then some friends over in the evening for a bbq (weather permitting but is going ahead regardless owing to the amount of food we have in!!) and then all day Sunday crafting!!! A crafters work is never done!!:)

My weekend got better ... went to the emergency docs this morning and was told I have an infected superficial thrombophlebitis. I have anti inflammatories & anti biotics, and it really bloody hurts. Can't even concentrate on beading! And I feel extremly sorry for myself.
